PROJECT ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER
JA is seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to join our team!
Responsibilities will include:
Coordination with project teams including designers, consultants, clients, and contractors
Lead design team with the goal of completing the project on schedule and within fee constraints
Strive to complete projects with maximum client satisfaction
Outlining anticipated scopes of work and fees
Oversee less experienced design and technical staff
Establish conceptual design directions for a myriad of project types in response to program requirements, Codes, and the clients’ goals
Development of plans, elevations, and architectural details that illustrate design intent
Construction Document-level detailing expertise
Oversee production of Permit & Construction Documents

Are you ready to join us? Our ideal new JA teammate will have:
Accredited Professional or Masters Degree in Architecture
Licensure preferred, but not required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design field
Design, Permitting, and Project Management experience with the following project types:
workplace and public works
Experience with single-family, multi-family, and/or libraries is a plus
Knowledge of Building & Accessibility Codes is required
Experience with preparing proposals and contracts is a plus
Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite are required
Salary Band: $90,000 - $105,000
