PREDESIGNED + DADUs

At JA, we've designed a small number of predesigned homes with plans available for purchase. We've even developed a software to allow clients to design their own customizable DADU, called the Casita.

What’s a DADU? A DADU is a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit – a legally permitted home built on the lot of an existing house. As housing affordability becomes more challenging and communities of all kinds try to solve for affordability with an emphasis on density and livability, DADUs are being embraced by municipalities large and small.
