Trails at Newcastle
The Trails at Newcastle is a JA-designed community, composed of 35 detached units clustered around courtyard greens. The community features a multi-purpose commons structure, play areas, open space, trails and pathways and a private road connecting Coal Creek Parkway to the Milepost neighborhood.

Footprint Developments
Footprint Developments is dedicated to building enduring houses, characterized by aesthetic distinction, respect for the natural ecology of the site, creative ingenuity, and quality craftsmanship. Current projects include Footprint at Admiral Gate, Footprint at the Bridge, Footprint on Main and Footprint on Pigeon Hill.

Midtown Lofts
A JA-designed mixed-use development in downtown Tacoma, Midtown Lofts will be a concrete and light gauge residential building over a parking garage and street-level retail. The 48 condominium units range in size from studio to three-bedroom layouts. The use of modular bay sizes and plumbing layout will lend a certain degree of flexibility in unit sizes. The ability to combine bays will allow for the changing of unit sizes in the future.

Cohasset Beach
Cohasset Beach is a JA-designed 63-home coastal “village” in the City of Westport along the central Washington coast.

Riverpark Apartments
The Riverpark Apartments are the showcase buildings on a prominent entry site for the city of Redmond. Adjacent to the Sammamish River and city park, the apartments are part of an exciting new campus that includes a luxury hotel, medical office building, premium rental housing, and a vibrant pedestrian-oriented street supporting retail in each of the buildings.
