The Olympic Townhouses are comprised of five side by side row houses on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle. The use of traditional brick cladding and bay windows help create an updated version of the classic 3 story masonry row house. On this narrow lot each 3 bedroom unit has a private landscaped front stoop, discreet private garages and a roof deck. Compact design planning and zoning adjustments were carefully coordinated with the Seattle Department of Planning and Design.
