The Puyallup Tribe offers a variety of civic and cultural programs serving an estimated 32,000 Indian people in the Pierce County area. The growing tribe has now added a $6.5 million Children’s Service Center facility housing two groups: Children’s Services and Child Support. The 25,000 SF facility will include offices, conference space, kitchens and children’s play areas. The project has been fast-tracked with anticipated completion of November 2008.
