Oak Tree Pavilion features several programs housed in a campus-like series of buildings, with intermediate outdoor gathering spaces and framed views of the tree preserve. The 18,000 SF clubhouse complex hosts a banquet hall, catering kitchen, lounge, bar, multi-use community rooms, administrative offices, large courtyard gathering space, and fitness center. The fitness center will serve as the second of its kind on the site, and add 8,000 SF of additional fitness space to the 258-acre development. An indoor pool, hot tub, locker rooms, and exercise rooms are within the fitness building, with tennis courts outside. This innovative project is the first Community Center in Washington to use Cross Laminated Timber.
