Inspired by Mercer Island’s mid-century aesthetic, the building features floor-to-ceiling glass, a regular rhythm of balconies, and a predominately brick facade.

Each of the three street frontages is uniquely articulated to respond to its immediate context while respecting the Town Center’s village scale. Landscaped plazas, new trees, public art, and a north-south through-block walkway strengthen pedestrian connections and enhance the public realm.

A range of homes, from studios to three-bedrooms, supports residents at every stage of life. The residential levels are organized around a generous central courtyard with a covered pavilion wrapped in custom perforated mesh. Multiple seating areas provide different ways to experience the outdoors and foster community.

Certified Built Green 4-Star, the project includes in-unit heat pumps, Watersense plumbing fixtures, and Energy Star appliances. Lush landscaping by Site Workshop promotes biophilia, reduces heat-island effect, and slows stormwater flow, creating a healthier environment for residents and the surrounding neighborhood.
