Senior Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our proposal and marketing efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating teams, and producing high-quality deliverables in a collaborative design environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Proposal and Qualification Support
Coordinate proposals, qualifications, interviews, and pursuit-related materials.
Schedule proposal kickoffs and maintain pursuit schedules and deadlines.
Coordinate information gathering with project teams and consultants.
Develop and assemble proposal documents and supporting materials.
Edit and format content for clarity, consistency, and compliance.
Manage review cycles and incorporate feedback from firm leadership.
Prepare and submit final proposal packages.
Assist with the development of presentation materials and supporting content for interviews.
Research and identify key sources for RFP/RFQ pursuits.
Marketing Content and Collateral
Maintain project sheets, resumes, qualification packages, and marketing templates.
Maintain proposal text library and templates.
Collect and organize project information, photography, and staff credentials.
Support development and maintenance of brochures, presentation materials, standard documents, and other marketing materials.
Maintain digital marketing libraries and firm resources.
Serve as a liaison between Johnston Architects and external marketing, PR, and communications consultants.
Assist with project descriptions, photography, and project information with external marketing consultants to maintain the firm’s website.
Manage photography archives and image licensing information.
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator serves as the firm's primary proposal and marketing support professional. Working closely with the Marketing Partner, project teams, consultants, and external marketing vendors, this position coordinates proposal submissions, maintains marketing resources and content, and helps ensure the firm's work is accurately and effectively represented.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,500 annually
Qualifications
Required
3 to 7 years of experience in AEC marketing, communications, or proposal coordination and writing.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.
Significant experience with public sector RFQs and RFPs.
