Casita

This Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU) provides guest quarters for a modern cabin on a rural site in Washington’s Methow Valley. Designed as a studio home with a kitchenette, full bathroom, and steam sauna, the Casita can be reimagined as a home office, workout room, primary suite, or yoga studio. It could also be designed and used rental income or a home for aging loved ones. If properly permitted, the Casita could also be used as a tiny house rather than a DADU, as a growing population seeks to live smaller and more sustainably.
