New Caelifera
Lightly perched on a Methow Valley hillside, New Caelifera uses origami-like folds to shelter broad expanses of glass and frame mountain vistas. Though compact, the house lives large through its indoor-outdoor flow and inventive use of every nook and alcove.
Bordering an aspen grove and seasonal creek, the project offers a full immersion in the valley’s natural rhythms.
