Set on a bluff overlooking Puget Sound, this home was designed to support retirement living and aging in place on a steeply sloping site. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom plan minimizes reliance on stairs while accommodating the site’s grade through careful organization of levels.

West-facing window walls frame broad water views that informed the home’s siting and layout from the outset. Living, dining, kitchen, and entry spaces are organized as a single, elevated volume, supporting social gatherings and maintaining clear visual relationships between interior spaces and the outdoor living areas.
