Rainier Square Tower Amenities - Interior Design

JA was brought onboard to complete the Construction Documents and perform Construction Administration for the leasing office and surrounding multiple floors of amenity spaces on the 39th and 40th floors of this new high-rise development. The leasing office is the first stop for prospective tenants, so it was important that it was reflective of a place where luxury live, and work-and-play co-exist. JA reworked the original design to bring uniformity to datum lines, ensure material consistency, and introduce updated details that improved constructability and cost efficiency. The team was also responsible for detailing the dramatic ceiling plane to incorporate lighting solutions that contribute to an elevated final product. The rich array of amenity spaces that surrounded the leasing office include meeting and conference spaces, fitness center, yoga studio, media room, library, banquet room, golf simulator, maker space, a kitchen with a unique indoor grill station, and an expansive lounge. The final design celebrates the building’s breathtaking panoramic views by subtly extending the natural tones of the surrounding landscape into the interior palette - enhancing, rather than competing with, the views that define the experience.
