Yodelin Cabin

This cabin, located in an avalanche zone with excessive snowfall near Stevens Pass, was built over the course of four summers due to a very limited construction window. Accessible only by snowmobile or on foot for parts of the year, it was designed as a true mountain retreat. The steeply sloping roof helps accommodate heavy snow loads and provides a dramatic vaulted ceiling and sleeping loft.
