Thousands of residents contributed ideas through an innovative outreach campaign during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their feedback shaped a facility that fosters connection across ages, cultures, and interests.
The building is divided into two wings: one dedicated to seniors and community, the other to recreation and fitness. A large event room, dining terrace, basketball courts, and an indoor walking track offer diverse opportunities for gathering and activity.
A LEED Platinum facility, the center uses all-electric systems, cross-laminated timber construction, and rooftop solar panels. A green roof and vegetable garden extend the building’s commitment to health and environmental stewardship.
