Bay Bowl
The central amenity bridge was shaped to span a through-site utility easement and uses a rigid structural frame that simplified both systems and architecture. Five stepped six-story blocks on either side were designed for efficient panelized framing.
Bay Bowl brings 187 new homes to Bremerton’s waterfront, designed to capture sweeping views of the Port Washington Narrows. Expansive windows and a glass skybridge link the two wings of the building. The project uses the 22 CDC delivery method, which relies on a unified BIM model and close team coordination to reduce construction time and cost.
