Seattle City Light Floor 28

This full-floor, 22,000 SF tenant improvement in the Seattle Municipal Tower builds upon the recently completed four-floor project for Seattle City Light. While implementing similar planning strategies that prioritize equity and preserve access to the tower’s iconic water and mountain views, the design team introduced one major planning shift for this floor: the area immediately adjacent to the elevator lobby is activated with a multi-functional collaboration zone and a vibrant work cafe. These active zones are strategically flanked by meeting rooms, focus rooms, and phone booths to help buffer noise and support a variety of work styles. JA’s design team is collaborating closely with the furniture vendor to ensure the ancillary pieces reinforce the design vision and functionality of these spaces.
